We will always have a free version of the plugin, that will be available on the WordPress.org repository, which will continue to offer a subset of personalization rules to use.
The Pro version of our plugin includes all the personalization rules in the free version, but extends and add more functionality in this area, as well as adding features such as Visitor Profiles, Segmentation and Lead Scoring.
