If you are using the Pro version of PersonalizeWP, and you also have WooCommerce installed and configured as a store or shop, then the plugin will track product sales made to your customers and show these on their Visitor Profile detail screen.
PersonalizeWP captures data from the WooCommerce checkout screen, firing an event that tracks when a sale has been made.
Visitor Profile
In the Visitor Profile log, a product purchase activity will be recorded, along with the WooCommerce order reference and the date and time of purchase.
If the user has entered their details as part of this purchase, then the Visitor Profile will also be updated to reflect what we now know about the user. For instance, their first name, last name and email address will all be changed to match the data they have entered.
