If you are using the Pro version of PersonalizeWP, and you also have at least one of our supported form plugins (Gravity Forms, WS Form, Ninja Forms) installed and configured, then the plugin will track form submissions made by your customers and show these on their Visitor Profile detail screen.
PersonalizeWP captures data from the form, firing an event that tracks when a submission has been made.
Visitor Profile
In the Visitor Profile log, a form submission activity will be recorded, along with the form name and the date and time.
If the user has entered their details as part of this form submission, and you have configured the fields within the form to map to the PersonalizeWP profile fields, then the Visitor Profile will also be updated to reflect what we now know about the user. For instance, their first name, last name and email address will all be changed to match the data they have entered.
