1. Navigate to your PersonalizeWP dashboard and go to the ‘Personalization’ section, here you will see all of your existing display conditions. Click the pink ‘Create Rule’ button in the right-hand corner.
2. On the next screen you will be prompted to input your conditions for this new rule. Let’s start by adding a name such as ‘Completed Purchase’.
3. Next, let’s set the category as ‘Purchases’ to make the rule easy to find within the Personalization section.
Then we just need to set the conditions. Click on the first drop down menu and scroll down to the bottom where you will find a few conditions underneath ‘WooCommerce’.
Choose ‘Visitor Has Completed Purchase’ as the first condition, then ‘Is Equal To’ and ‘True’.
4. Now we’re ready to apply our new display condition. All we need to do is go to a specific page such as the homepage and add a new content block.
On the example page we’re going to add a content block which shares an exclusive discount code for existing customers and highlights our newest product range.
5. While editing the page, we need to click on the block and go to the Personalize menu on the right-hand side. Here we can select our new display condition to target existing customers. Once selected and set to ‘Show Block’, publish your page.
That’s it, your new display condition is now active and all existing customers who come to your homepage will now be shown this custom offer!
