PersonalizeWP makes it easy to group users into segments based on their data or behavior. You can assign multiple segments to a single content block, allowing you to target different groups of visitors with the same content. This flexibility ensures you reach the right audience with tailored messaging, no matter how diverse their needs.
To use multiple segments, simply go to the Personalize menu on the right-hand side of the WordPress editor and go to the ‘Segments‘ section.
From here, select a segment from the dropdown menu. Then you can click on the + icon to add another segment.
For example, if you wanted to target new visitors who are using a mobile device, you would select the segment labelled ‘New Visitors’ and another called ‘Device Type – Mobile’.
